Last night, I was grocery shopping at Walmart, and I began to notice just how many lights were in this place. There were several rows of ceiling lights running across the length of the store, lights for each and every sign and food display within the behemoth of a store. I always feel blinded when I walk into a grocery store that’s like this, but until now I never paid much attention to how much light they are really using. The attempt to light up every corner of the store to ensure nothing is missed was certainly effective (and migraine inducing).
