This is one of my favorite photos that I have on my phone because I took it when I went to New York for the first time last year. I think that there is a warmth that the light from the sun brings into this picture, even though it definitely was not warm when the picture was taken. I took it in the morning the first time I went to Central Park and I feel like it gives me hope. I also love the way that the light reflects on the water so that you can see the small waves. I think that the light in this picture really highlights the nature that is found in Central Park. The only bright light in this picture is from the sun whereas everything else is much softer, and the highlights on the buildings bring your attention to the details on them.
