One of my roommates accidentally left the light inside the laundry room on overnight and I took a picture of it when I woke up in the morning because I thought it was really interesting. The blinds on the door create a cascading shadow on the wall beside it. This reminded me of how a Gobo is used on theatre lights in that it blocked the light source with a specific pattern that resulted in an image. The angle of the ceiling caused a shadow around the bottom frame of the door as well and the washing machine inside the door stopped some light from appearing out of the bottom shutters. As the room is so dark and the light emerging from the shutters is so cold, this photo creates an ominous vibe.
