I’m really interested in the way that like creates shapes, soft and hard edges, and shadows. I think my eye was caught because of the way this projection of amber sunset light wraps itself around the gap in the wall but stays rectangular. This particular shade of light also really compliments the colors in the poster of some unidentified Mediterranean coastline. Sunsets are certainly beautiful, but I am more interested in the light the sun casts during its decline.
